Alexander John Kosmina (born 17 August 1956), known as John Kosmina, is an Australian former football (soccer) player and manager, most recently being the Senior Head Coach of Brisbane Strikers. He is a member of the Football Federation Australia Football Hall of Fame.

Kosmina was prolific in the National Soccer League, finishing as top goalscorer in the 1982 season with Sydney City. He won 60 caps for Australia, scoring 25 goals. John Kosmina is a former soccer player and coach who played 102 games for Australia and scored 133 goals in the National Soccer League. He also played professionally in England for Arsenal and captained the Socceroos at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games.
