Kenneth Howard Norton Jr. (born September 29, 1966) is an American football coach and former player who is the linebackers coach for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UCLA Bruins and was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round of the 1988 NFL draft .

Ken Norton Jr. joined the UCLA staff as inside linebackers coach in March of 2022. In 2023, he will coach all linebackers. Norton returned to Westwood, where he was a 1987 first-team All-America selection and Butkus Award finalist at linebacker.
In his first stint in Seattle, Norton Jr. claimed his first Super Bowl victory as a coach in Super Bowl XLVIII with Seattle defeating the Denver Broncos 43-8. Norton, Jr. spent six seasons coaching linebackers for USC from 2004-09, and defeated Oklahoma to win the 2004 national championship.
