Leroy Burrell. Biographical information. Biography. Leroy Burrell was an Olympic gold medalist in the 1992 4x100 relay, and finished fifth that year in the 100 at the Olympics. Burrell competed at the University of Houston and the Santa Monica Track Club, following in the steps of Carl Lewis.
