Liza May Minnelli (born March 12, 1946 ) is an American actress and singer, who has won the Oscar and the Tony Award, and also many others. She was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, She is the daughter of famous actress and singer Judy Garland and her second husband, movie director Vincente Minnelli.
