Lurline Matson Roth (1890–1985) was an American heiress, equestrian and philanthropist from San Francisco, California. She competed in horse shows in the United States, and bred award-winning horses. She donated her estate, Filoli, to the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Lurline first came to Filoli in 1937 as a 17-year-old when her parents, Lurline Matson Roth and William P. Roth, purchased the estate.

Lurline Matson Roth was a well-known and accomplished equestrian. She competed in horse shows across the country and bred award-winning specimens. In 1964, she and her son renovated Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco.
