Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped him for going 60 miles per hour, in a 45-mile-per-hour zone, on US 33. As deputies spoke with Dausch he seemed to be overly nervous. Dausch told deputies he didn’t have anything illegal inside the vehicle.
