4 de oct. de 2022 · My understanding is mixed. This is why I try not to hold actors themselves on a pedestal. I think mostly it’s a misunderstanding and until he says/does something incriminating himself and it’s not just accusations from a photo and out of context comments, I will continue to believe he is a good guy and enjoy his work.
People like Tilda Swinton and Mads Mikkelsen who have very defined bone structure with naturally light eyebrows can look very alien-model-esque - but if you google "celebrities with no eyebrows" you can see how much eyebrows really change a face.

I recently finished watching the Hannibal TV series and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed Mads Mikkelsen’s performance. As a long time fan of The Silence of the Lambs, I never expected someone to portray Hannibal Lector as good as Anthony Hopkins.

LMAO I wanted to make this exact post but I refrained. Mads is ruining my life and I am considering just unsubbing from this and the Hannibal TV subreddits. Whenever I find myself not obsessing too much, I see another post and spiral back down the mikkelsen hole. I've been telling myself that Mads Mikkelsen =/= Hannibal Lecter..
Mads is such a naturally charismatic and playful person if you watch any interview video, he seems like he is hitting on everyone but I really think thats just how he is. I’m kinda tired of these slandering broad statements that don’t have any fact or proof behind him.

Even those who like him tend to hold this sort of reduced view of his thespian abilities.
