Michael Curtiz (nacido Manó Kertész Kaminer; Budapest, Hungría, 24 de diciembre de 1886- Hollywood, 10 de abril de 1962) fue un director de cine estadounidense, originario de una familia judía húngara .

During this period he directed, wholly or in part, 181 films. [1] He began his cinematic career in Hungary, then moved to Austria and finally the United States.
