About. Milwaukee High School of the Arts (MHSA) offers students the chance to select an arts-focused major (creative writing, dance, theater, music, or visual art) and receive a block of instruction per day focused on that major. Students commit to one area of the arts for all four of their years.
Milwaukee High School of the Arts will provide a high-quality educational program for students in grades 9-12 that develops the whole person, integrating the arts, creative expression, and college preparatory academics.
