In 1992, Myers Park High School became the first public school in North Carolina authorized to offer the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and the first school (public or private) to offer the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP). What IB Programmes do you offer at MPHS? We offer the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for our 9th and 10th grade students. The IB MYP is designed for students aged 11 to 16.
