He is recognized for his contributions to national security, economy, and connectivity through command-and-control, situational awareness, and wireless internet technologies.
Biography. Neil Siegel is the IBM Professor of Engineering Management at the USC school of engineering, in the department of industrial and systems engineering. He was formerly the vice-president and chief technology officer of Northrop Grumman's Information Systems sector.
