8 de mar. de 2021 · Ole was part of the team that made the transfers of Maguire and AWB. He plays his part in Rashford apparently being stuck in terms of development. You act as if Ole couldn't do better because of the team, but Ole talked about his vertical stuff all the time. Pressing, Control, dominating, chances, pace.
12 de dic. de 2012 · Ole Gunnar Solskjær is said to have declined requests from various clubs in the last five months, but the former Manchester United manager may soon be back at work. The interest has come from several different clubs, including the Premier League. Solskjær is said to have received offers that could have made him return to work already.
29 de ene. de 2024 · Ole had an excellent eye for goal especially coming off the bench but he was a squad player, an excellent one but a squad player nevertheless. Some people seem to forget that SAF wanted to sell him to Spurs in 1998. The fee was agreed as well and the deal collapsed because he wanted to stay...
24 de ene. de 2014 · There's a reason Ole was eventually sacked....results were bad and he'd lost the dressing room. What are the people who want him back hoping for? A new man? 1999 all over? Madness. The fact this is even being discussed is testament to how far we've fallen.
2 de mar. de 2009 · Ole had an impressive run of games until Ronaldo arrived. The highest peak for the last 12y. He was only a trophy away from being a success. The Ronaldo effect is clearly expressed in the figure. I don’t want Ole back by the way, and regarding “the talks with a major club” I think we can exclude Italian- or other Latinoclubs.
6 de may. de 2022 · Ole lifted the mood, his "arm around the shoulder" approach was exactly the right thing after Mourinho but he was out of his depth and it was visible as early as to the end of his interim period. Of course, sentimental and shortsighted as the decision makers were, he was given the permanent job at this point already - somethng that was celebrated viciously back then.
6 de may. de 2022 · So, Ole didn't play a counter attacking game? feck me, some of you don't half make up some shite to defend the bloke. We absolutely did play it, and it was quite effective at times. Rashford and Bruno played some of their best football under Ole, because it suited their game. The problem for Ole was when he tried to move away from that style.
6 de may. de 2022 · Stop getting your knickers in a twist. I love Ole, but the club under INEOS are not going to go backwards. Allegedly they’ve already been asking about Allegri as interim Please not that. Jose is Postecoglu by comparison, I don't want our football to get even more boring than it already is.
6 de may. de 2022 · Cardiff had a very decent budget for Ole even in the winter when he took over. He brought in 8 players during that window and the worst team at the time was outside relegation zone. as for the second statement I find it hard to believe that Tan, decided to bring in 2 United players in Zaha and...
6 de may. de 2022 · Ole is obviously no Pep, but for whatever reason (though his interim period surely played a huge part) the club viewed him as the right man and they stuck with that decision for a really long time. Longer than Moyes, Van Gaal and Mourinho.
