Owen Barfield (Londres, 9 de noviembre de 1898-Forest Row, Sussex, 14 de diciembre de 1997) fue un filósofo, escritor, poeta y crítico inglés. Estudió en el Wadham College, Oxford y obtuvo un título de primera clase en lengua y literatura inglesas en 1920.
