I think there are different reasons for why some males get uncomfortable or feel uncomfortable about admitting whether or not another male is handsome/good-looking. Maybe they are insecure in themselves and their sexuality.

An actually good journalist, Imran Khan, has also said that the source is ironclad. And we're now waiting for the publisher to either confirm or deny this officially. That's about it.
