Mark Ware Isham (born September 7, 1951) is an American musician and film composer. A trumpeter and keyboardist, Isham works in a variety of genres, including jazz and electronic. He is also an actor.
Though renowned for his work in the electronic and New Age genres, Mark Isham is perhaps most famous for his contributions to the world of Jazz. High regard for his abilities as a jazz musician led Mark to collaborate and perform with such icons as Horace Silver, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock and Bobby McFerrin.
