Rıdvan Dilmen (d. 15 Ağustos 1962, Aydın), Türk eski millî futbolcu, teknik direktör ve futbol yorumcusu. 15 Ağustos 1962’de, Aydın’ın Nazilli ilçesinde Mehmet Lütfü Bey ile Makbule Hanım’ın dördüncü ve son çocukları olarak dünyaya gelen Dilmen, spora atletizmle başladı, daha sonra futbola yöneldi.
