Roy Quentin Echlin Evans (born 4 October 1948) is an English former footballer who played as a defender for Liverpool, where he also had a spell as manager. Aside from his time at Liverpool, he had a short loan spell at Philadelphia Atoms; and also later went on to manage Fulham and Swindon.

Roy to this day remains the most successful English manager in the Premier League winning 82 of his 172 games and while in charge Liverpool scored 280 goals.
