Sara Simeoni (19 de abril de 1953 en Rivoli Veronese, provincia de Verona, Italia) es una atleta italiana especialista en salto de altura que fue campeona olímpica en los Juegos de Moscú 1980, y plata en los de Montreal 1976 y Los Ángeles 1984. Además fue plusmarquista mundial con 2.01 m en 1978.
Sara Simeoni (born 19 April 1953) is an Italian former high jumper, who won a gold medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics and twice set a world record in the women's high jump. Biography.
