John Seymour Berry, 2nd Viscount Camrose TD (12 July 1909 – 15 February 1995) was a British nobleman, politician, and newspaper proprietor. Early life. Berry was born in Surrey [1] on 12 July 1909, the eldest son of William Berry, later first Viscount Camrose and first Baronet Berry of Hackwood Park, and Mary Agnes Berry, née Corns. [2] .

John Seymour [Berry], 2nd Viscount Camrose. born. 12 Jul 1909. mar. 1986 Princess Joan Aly Khan (former wife of (1) W/Cmdr Thomas Loel Evelyn Bulkeley Guinness OBE; and (2) Prince Aly Khan, son of HH the Aga Khan GCSI GCIE GCVO PC; d. 25 Apr 1997), 1st dau.
In 1921 he was created baronet, first Baron Camrose of Long Cross, Virginia Water in 1929 and elevated first Viscount Camrose of Hackwood Park, Basingstoke in 1941. He died 15 June 1954 in Southampton; a tablet has been placed in the crypt of St. Paul's Cathedral in memory of him.
He fought in the Second World War, in North Africa and Italy, and was mentioned in despatches. He was decorated with the award of the Territorial Decoration (T.D.). He succeeded to the title of 2nd Viscount Camrose, of Hackwood Park, co. Southampton [U.K., 1941] on 15 June 1954.
