Lam Siu-por (Chinese: 林兆波; Jyutping: Lam4 Siu6 Bo1; born 28 March 1954) is a Hong Kong mathematician and the husband of Carrie Lam, who served as the fourth Chief Executive of Hong Kong from 2017 to 2022.
Siu-Por Lam is a mathematician who received his Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge in 1983 and wrote a dissertation on unstable algebras over the Steenrod algebra and cohomology of classifying spaces. He has no known students and his MGP ID is 24520.

Lam Siu-por obtained his PhD in algebraic topology in 1983, under the supervision of Professor Frank Adams. He used to be the Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and retired to England. He has taught several courses at the Capital Normal University in Beijing.
