The Sunrise student body is the picture of diversity. We have a large international program at the high school level. This allows our students to share in other cultures and develop friendships with students of many ethnicities.
The main goals of Sunrise Academy are to follow and implement Islam as a complete way of life as prescribed in the Qur’an and Sunnah to provide a high quality education, to instill a love of learning in the students, and to graduate students who will rely on Islam as a complete way of life.
Sunrise Christian Academy is a college-preparatory, nondenominational, K4-12 Christian school founded in 1983 by Dr. Robert Lindsted. It has over 500 students on a 18-acre campus and graduates 45-50 seniors each year.
H.S. Elite Schedule. Sunrise Christian Academy's H.S. Elite Basketball Program currently competes as a part of the Nike EYBL Scholastic. Every season, the 14-team conference competes in a 12 game regular season to crown a conference champion.
