Lack of funds prevented the release of Sista’s debut album, however, and the group subsequently broke up.

Devante is one of the greatest producers ever imo, not just for Jodeci but also for spurning on the careers of Timbaland, Missy Elliot, Ginuwine, and Static Major in his Swing Mob collective.
