Es la Escuela Secundaria Tamkang en la calle Zhēn Lǐ de Tamsuí. Fundada en 1914 como "Escuela Secundaria Tamsuí", fue creada por el hijo del Dr. Mackay. La Escuela Secundaria Tamkang es la primera escuela privada de Taiwán y también la primera escuela para mujeres.
