As a biker flick “The Angry Breed” isn’t up to much, but as a bizarrely scripted piece of nonsense trash it delivers in spades. It opens with beautiful bikini-clad Diane (Lori Mation) being attacked on a twilight beach by a gang of neo-Nazi bikers led by Deek (James MacArthur).
