The band was formed in 1994, with guitarist/vocalist Scott Miller, lead guitarist John Paul Keith, bassist Paxton Sellers, and drummer Jeff Bills. The band played their final show at the historic Tennessee Theatre on New Year's Eve, 1999.

The roots-rock quartet and frequent tourmates of Steve Earle have packed it in, leaving behind this live album (released on Earle’s label) as a parting gift for the faithful. And a swell memento it is.
