Theodora Komnene ( Greek: Θεοδώρα ἡ Κομνηνή, born circa 1134, died 2 January 1184), Latinized Theodora Comnena, was a daughter of the Byzantine prince Andronikos Komnenos and his wife, Eirene (?Aineiadissa). Based on the writings of Niketas Choniates, it is likely Theodora was Andronikos' second daughter. The year of Theodora's birth is unknown.

Die damals gesetzte Inschrift erinnert allerdings nur an den Herzog, nicht an die beiden Frauen. Um diesem Mangel abzuhelfen, wurde im Frühjahr 2016 an die linke Seitenwand der Gruft eine Gedenktafel für Herzogin Theodora angebracht. Eine Tafel für die Königin und Herzogin Agnes soll folgen.
