This Fuckin' Guy is a concept EP by avant-garde artist John S. Hall released on March 10, 2015 under the name of his band King Missile IV by Powertool Records. [1] The album has been made when King Missile was touring with American band LoveyDove. [2] Two of their members had joined Hall in the making of the album.

This version of the group toured New Zealand in February 2015, and recorded a six-song EP, This Fuckin' Guy, released on Powertool Records. In 2019, King Missile IV changed their name to You, Me and This Fuckin’ Guy and recorded their debut LP, Garden Variety Fuckers , released by Dromedary Records on April 17, 2020.
This Fuckin’ Guy was born in early August of 2014, when he saw a fucking dragonfly on Governors Fucking Island and thought it looked like a drunken fucking dipshit, but kind of fucking cool. He wrote a poem about it, then another, then another, and pretty soon he had a fucking shitload of poems.
In 2015, Hall formed a new lineup of King Missile, King Missile IV, with the band LoveyDove. They toured New Zealand and released an EP called This Fuckin' Guy on Powertool Records. King Missile's classic lineup also reformed for live shows in 2015, continuing through 2016 and 2017.
In 2015, King Missile IV released a short CD entitled This Fuckin’ Guy. John S. Hall. John S. Hall is an American poet, author, singer and lawyer perhaps best known for his work with King Missile, an avant-garde band that he co-founded in 1986 and has since led in various disparate incarnations.
