La Universidad de Westminster (en inglés University of Westminster) es una universidad pública del Reino Unido. Fundada en 1838 con el nombre de Institución Politécnica Real (en inglés Royal Polytechnic Institution), fue la primera institución politécnica en el Reino Unido.
The University of Westminster is a public university based in London, United Kingdom. Founded in 1838 as the Royal Polytechnic Institution, it was the first polytechnic to open in London. The Polytechnic formally received a Royal charter in August 1839, and became the University of Westminster in 1992.
The University of Westminster boasts a rich history and has been providing students with academic excellence, cultural engagement and personal enrichment since its inception as The Polytechnic Institution in 1838.
