Victor Edward Willis (Dallas, Texas, 1 de julio de 1951) es un cantante, compositor y actor estadounidense, conocido por ser el cantante original del grupo de música disco Village People e interpretar al policía y al capitán de la Armada.
Victor Edward Willis (born July 1, 1951) is an American singer, songwriter and the founding member of the disco group Village People. He performed as their lead singer and was co-songwriter for all of their most successful singles. In the group, he performed costumed as a policeman or a naval officer .

Victor Willis was the driving force behind the group as well as the group's only straight member. In addition to singing lead, he also wrote such hits as YMCA, Macho Man, In the Navy, and Go West, etc.
The original lead singer and "cop", Victor Willis, was arrested over drug and weapon related charges. On September 12, 2008, Village People received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame . Willis was not in attendance at the ceremony.
In 2017 Victor Willis returned to Village People as lead singer and revamped the group. Backed by a live band, Village People continues to thrill concert-goers around the world -- as they did back in the day. In 2021 Y.M.C.A. was inducted into the US Library of Congress National Recording Registry.
