Vincent Tan Chee Yioun (Chinese: 陳志遠; pinyin: Chén Zhìyuǎn; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tân Chì-uán; born 1952) is a Malaysian Chinese businessman and investor. He is the founder of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, a diversified conglomerate listed on the Malaysian stock exchange.

Isaac had claimed that his stake in Cardiff City had been unfairly diluted by Tan, who he accused of acting out of personal vendetta. The judge ruled that Tan acted within his legal rights and that Isaac's allegations were not proven.

He will be replaced by Tunku Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, the daughter of Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ismail. Tan will also assume the role of advisor and focus on his charitable foundation, Yayasan MyFirst Home.
