It is used mostly for football matches and hosts the home matches of FC Augsburg.
The Augsburg Arena is a modern football stadium, conveniently located at the B17 country road, far away from the city centre. There is a lot of parking space available. Parking is 10€ for the whole day. Unfortunately for early birds, they open only two hours before the start of a match.
