Carlos Sainz Cenamor (Madrid, España; 12 de abril de 1962) es un piloto español de rally. Ha sido, dos veces Campeón de España de Rally en 1987 y 1988, y dos veces Campeón del Mundo de Rally en 1990 y 1992 con Toyota, logrando también cuatro subcampeonatos y cinco terceros puestos.
