Seems to be missing a few titans though: Chris Noth (L&O, L&O Exiled TV movie, and then Criminal Intent); Kathryn Erbe (Criminal Intent) was on Oz, same as Chris Meloni; Vincent D’Onofrio was on Homicide (Emmy nod for episode “The Train”); and of course Richard Belzer and Dann Florek, Homicide -> SVU.
