The unfortunate reality is that Sexton really doesn't fit with Garland and the cavs and what they are currently doing. Garland has shown that he is something special and has an insane potential future. The upsides of Garland are already beyond what Sexton is expected to achieve even without an injury.

He is averaging 15.6 pts on 55.8% from the field over this 14-game stretch, and is shooting 50.9% from the field this season (with 62.2% TS).
