Father Alvin is a monster resembling a green-skinned turtle with pink hair and eyebrows. He wears a blue robe with what appears to be the Delta Rune printed on it, and he can be found outside the Church in Chapter 1.
Alvin is a brand new character who just so happens to be the son of the guy who originally told us about the Delta Rune in UT, and was a pretty important guy in DR. Furthermore, he says something really sus regarding his father’s hammer right before we leave the cemetery in Chapter 2.

Theory. TL;DR at the end. It's just that I expect more from Gerson. This MF lived thru hell and knew exactly what to do (never left his shop, laughed at Chara's fucking face as they couldn't battle him in the shop lobby area) also he knew too much about the Deltarune legend as a whole.
