Talk to Leonidas. At the end of the conversation, you will have to choose whether to assassinate Leonidas or tell him the real reason why you met.
If Persephone resurrects Brasidas/Phoibe, do they actually return? Like, can you meet them again back in Greece after Episode 3? Do they still get their respective quests in Torment of Hades?
