DPPC Abuser Registry Case Status: Registrations. This website is utilized to provide certain information about the history and status of DPPC registrable abuse cases as required by M.G.L. c. 19C, §15 (c) and 118 CMR 14.05.
In cases of suspected physical, emotional, and sexual abuse or neglect of a person with a disability, the DPPC: Receives and screens reports of suspected abuse, neglect, and deaths through a 24-Hour Hotline. Conducts investigations.
13 de feb. de 2020 · The bill does require that the names of the staff persons (through state or private employment) be placed onto a registry against whom a substantiated finding of abuse of a person with I/DD has been issued by the DPPC. DDS and DDS funded providers would not be able to hire someone on that registry.
