Drena De Niro (Nueva York, 3 de septiembre de 1971) es una actriz estadounidense, hija de los actores Robert De Niro y Diahnne Abbott. Es también hermana de Raphael De Niro, media hermana de los gemelos Aaron Kendrick De Niro y Julian Henry De Niro y Elliott De Niro.
Drena De Niro is an American actress and filmmaker who is the daughter of actress Diahnne Abbott and the adoptive daughter of Robert De Niro. She has appeared in several of her father's films, such as Showtime, The Intern, and A Star Is Born. She also wrote and directed her first film, Girls and Dolls, and is the spokesperson for the Kageno Orphan Sponsorship Program.

She has appeared in 44 films and TV shows, including Joy, A Star Is Born, When They See Us and Cabaret, and has directed and produced several documentaries and short films.
De Niro adoptó además a la hija de Abbott nacida de un matrimonio anterior llamada Drena, quien también se dedica a la actuación. Su matrimonio con Diahnne finalizó en 1988. De su relación con la modelo Toukie Smith tiene dos hijos gemelos, Julian Henry y Aaron Kendrick.
