Versatile, modern full-back... Portuguese right-back Joao Cancelo joined City from Juventus in August 2019. The defender penned a deal which keeps him at the Etihad Stadium until the summer of 2025 and followed Angelino and Rodrigo to become Pep Guardiola ’s third signing of the summer.
In 2019, Cancelo was signed by Premier League club Manchester City. He has since won three Premier League titles and the EFL Cup with the club. In the 2020–21 season , he played a significant role in Manchester City reaching their first UEFA Champions League final.
