John Brewer Eustace, 31, of Charlotte, also is under suspicion in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Reno, Nev., in the murders of three young girls. Eustace turned himself in to Charlotte-Mecklenburg County police on March 27, six days after 2-year-old Elizabeth Bradwell was snatched from a bedroom in her mother's basement apartment in Charlotte.
