Simply put, Pefok is not a pressing forward, doesn't float wide and isn't the strongest combination player. Pefok excels at finishing counter attacks, set pieces, and deep crosses. The same more or less applies to Daryl Dike. At one point both were the most in form USMNT eligible strikers in Europe but totally incapacitated by our style of play.

The name on the back of his US kit will say Pefok at the World Cup, so I’ll probably go with that. Seems better than having it explain to all the non-soccer fans tuning in for the first time that technically his name is Theoson Jordan Seibatcheu but he goes by Jordy or Seibatcheu but puts Pefok on his jersey.
