Hace 2 días · The family of Kirkby Misperton held the manor under the abbey. Richard son of Roger de Kirkby brought a suit against the abbey in 1304, and in 1324 Richard conveyed the manor to John de Dalton of Pickering. In 1344 Roger son of Richard claimed the mill and lands as entailed.
