  1. Si has olvidado alguna de tus pertenencias en uno de nuestros aeropuertos, contacta con ellos y expón tu caso explicando qué día ocurrió y en qué rango horario, en qué aeropuerto crees que lo dejaste olvidado.

  2. Si perdiste tus objetos personales en el aeropuerto, sigue las siguientes instrucciones: Rellena el formulario adjunto describiendo tus pertenencias, fechas, número de vuelo, información de contacto, etc. y envíalo al correo vlc.objetoshallados@aena.es. Sé tan preciso como sea posible.

  5. If you lost it anywhere else, please contact the lost and found department at the airport in question. Important: Personal identification documents (national ID cards, passports, etc.) are handed in to the airport authorities. Due to limited storage space, we can only keep lost property for one month from the date it was found.

  6. Lost and found at Barcelona Airport. Lost and found offices. In the lost and found office are stored those objects that have been found in the airport facilities, such as security controls, waiting rooms, boarding rooms, toilets, etc. The office is located in the Terminal 1, floor 0, Intermodal hall.
