Director: Heaven's Gate. Marco Brambilla was born in 1960 in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. He is a director and writer, known for Heaven's Gate (2021), The Four Temperaments (2020) and Destricted (2006).
Marco Brambilla is a Milan-born, New York City-based video installation artist, known for his elaborate re-contextualisations of found imagery. His works, shown at various international institutions, merge a new interpretation of video collage with technological and graphic innovations, creating multi-dimensional experiences on the screen.

Marco Brambilla: Heaven's Gate is organized by Franklin Sirmans, PAMM Director, with Maritza Lacayo, Curatorial Assistant and Publications Coordinator, in the Bank of America Gallery. This exhibition is presented with support from Ann Blackwell and Cornelius Bond.
Marco Brambilla is full professor at Politecnico di Milano. He is active in research and innovation, both at industrial and academic level. His research interests include data science, software modeling languages and design patterns, crowdsourcing, social media monitoring, and big data analysis.
