As BamaBuffSeattle mentioned Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, Enumclaw, and Orting, areas along the Puyallup, Nisqually, Carbon, and White Rivers would be affected by lahars at Rainier. Lahars can move upwards of 50mph. The USGS has lahar maps for all the mountains.
