Bud, who also served as a member of the 33rd Canadian Parliament before retiring, says he’s been entertaining his grandchildren for years by doing headstands.

Bud has been entertaining his grandchildren for years by doing this pose, which is now part of his yoga routine.
To volunteer, a SEAL candidate must be a US citizen between 18 and 29 years old in the U.S. Navy. Occasionally, personnel from foreign armed forces allied with the United States have been invited to train at BUD/S.
