It removes the logistical challenge of building a carrier, filling it with infantry, and then moving them to the target. Reinforcing an area costs 2 tokens minimum, plus the R of the carrier and troops, so in this case 4 R. Primor essentially lets you reinforce a planet without the 2 tokens, or carriers, or infantry. Essentially a 9 cost move.

Se por e-mail demoram a responder, então tenta ligar directamente para lá. Não estou a ver outra solução infelizmente. Uso bastante a primor e não é scam, mas notei que desde que criaram o site em português os envios demoram muito mais tempo. A última encomenda demorou 15 dias a chegar. Também reparei o mesmo.
