For AO, one of my most used is veromos (L) leo sath + Rica (can be replaced by thrain or nora, they can even be better than Rica depending on enemy comp). I made g2 with this (and a few other AO) at least 8 times. My def always was psamathe triton savannah kinki.
Your best bet would be something like Psamathe (should be better with TL in def), Tian Liang, Savannah, Triton/Karnal/Nem Healer. (30% spd lead + Triton + TL combo is very annoying/next to impossible to speed clear) In all honesty 50% wr for a def in c3 is very high and your defence is not the thing keeping you at c3.
