1 de feb. de 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app.

1 de ago. de 2015 · My mother has now got online banking with Santander and initially logged in with the temporary ID she received. I told her this would change to the 16-digit number on her debit card (like mine is) but apparently this is not the case. She recalls having to choose some login passwords or sequences but can't quite remember.
20 de may. de 2024 · I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024.
13 de ago. de 2024 · Can be useful to have at least one separate account or even keeping just 1 account with Santander incase other things come up or you want to budget or something. As a more general thing it probably isn't providing you have a better account elsewhere.
13 de ago. de 2024 · Just had an email to learn that, apparently, I'm one of Santander's "most valued customers" (presumably because I've currently got 20 quid in my 123 Lite account, and they're very grateful) and so they're "upgrading" me to "Santander Select, our premier banking service".
30 de oct. de 2024 · I see Santander are the latest to revamp their online servicing, breaking their systems in the process which means I can no longer make transactions online. Why don't IT departments test their work before it goes live?
20 de abr. de 2023 · I qualified for the £50 e voucher from Santander. Received the 16 digit code and the pin ok, together with instructions. Went to the onecode website as instructed, no reference to Santander on it. Entered my 16 digit code and pressed shop and nothing happened. Thanks
17 de jun. de 2019 · There was an old Abbey savings account that became a Santander savings account, then was consolidated into the one I know about, but I found the paperwork on that and can remember enough of the digits to know it isn't that. It's presumably an active account to bother to allow me access to it.
14 de ene. de 2021 · Santander usually let you increase every 6 months. I always increase mine; the slider just adjusts to the level they're happy to let you increase by but typically it's around 20% - 30% increase. I have 3 cards with them and my lowest was £6200 and went to £7900 then £10500 then £15000.
