Walker Kessler: Utah Jazz Rookie First, Kessler was one of the top recruits in the country coming out of high school and committed to the University of North Carolina in the summer of 2020. After seeing limited minutes with the Tar Heels as a freshman, Kessler transferred to Auburn and quickly blossomed in Bruce Pearl’s system.
Werdegang. Kessler machte durch seine Leistungen als Spieler der Woodward Academy in Atlanta im US-Bundesstaat Georgia und landesweit auf sich aufmerksam. 2020 wurde er in Georgia als bester Spieler im Schulbasketball ausgezeichnet.. In der Saison 2020/21 bestritt Kessler 29 Spiele für die University of North Carolina, seine Einsatzzeit betrug lediglich knapp neun Minuten je Begegnung.
